I am a cultural curator and communicator passionate about storytelling and community engagement. I host the PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh's Talk Back Series, leading post-show discussions that delve into the artistry, themes, and behind-the-scenes insights of Broadway productions. I conduct thorough research on each show and its creative team, enabling me to ask informed and thoughtful questions during these discussions. Through interviews with cast members, directors, and other creatives, I bring their unique perspectives to life for the audience, enhancing the theater-going experience and fostering a deeper appreciation for live performance.
In addition to my theater work, I have extensive experience as a Program Manager for large cultural events in Downtown Pittsburgh, successfully orchestrating complex projects to ensure each event is a vibrant and memorable experience that resonates with the community.
Currently, I'm dedicating my storytelling passion to a documentary focused on the critical issue of gentrification, approaching it with a nuanced and empathetic lens to explore its impact on Black communities in Western Pennsylvania. I'm also looking forward to launching a podcast where I'll explore cultural and social issues, creating a space for thoughtful and engaging conversations.
My work is driven by a deep commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue and creating platforms that amplify diverse voices.
